Don's Coffee Club

I was 19, read an ad in the reader “famous coffee shop for sale to the right person”
I called, Don said “you don’t want this place! you’ll never make any money here!?” so I knew I had to meet him and see this place. Rogers Park? never knew of it.. so I drove up and fell in love with Don’s charming little hideout. Amber lit with records galore this cafe was my bohemian base that would help mold the mentality in the communities I am lucky enough to help produce.

sold for profit :( I had to move forward, I sold it the day after I decided to sell it from a random conversation with bob on the corner, I wrote the contract by hand (one pager) and we went to the currency exchange and notarized it and he handed me a check and I handed him the keys :)
