Sometimes you can work with what you have. In this room the wall is slightly curved, so the designer chose to highlight this by partially covering the wall with dark wood slats, and letting the wooden panels lead the eye to the gentle curve of the wall.
These slats also form triangular patters, but are complemented by strategically placed lights and LED lights. Meanwhile, this wall‘s white vertical slats are used to contrast the dark horizontal stripes of the photograph creating an intriguing effect.
Turn your wall geometric with a coloured design in wood. Centred on an LED-lit square, this low grey bed is spoilt for choice. Japan is evoked by this dark wooden strip beside black and white partitions. Striking monochromes stand out against its roasted coffee-hued, luxurious-looking form.
Exposed brick doesn’t have to be red. This white and grey bedroom uses textured white brick to line its wall. Concrete floors, bold typography prints, black drop lighting and a navy duvet mark out focal points.
